Night before the flight.
Oscar driven to KC, passports, cash, luggage, checked in with Delta, a pleasant surprise. Sherri and I were upgraded to first class from Springfield to Atlanta. It will soften the blow just a bit when flying coach for 8 hours from Atlanta to Heathrow.
I am hoping for a good nights sleep tonight. An Oscar free night will help. Might double up on the night night pills to help that along.
Brian came out today and mowed the yard for me. I don't think he knows how much I appreciate his time and effort.
We will hit the ground running Monday morning. A full day after a long flight. I am sure the DoubleTree will feel like a kings castle Monday night.
